3 – Cleaning
We place great importance on the cleanliness of components and finished hydraulic cylinders, considering it essential to ensure the quality, functionality, and long-term reliability of our products.
Each hydraulic cylinder undergoes at least two distinct cleaning cycles during the production process: one before welding and one before assembly.
Finished cylinders and semi-finished components undergo internal washing operations, thus ensuring the necessary cleanliness to preserve product quality.
4 – Welding
The welding phase represents the cornerstone of our production process.
100% of welding operations are carried out with extremely high precision.
Furthermore, we have personnel focused on the most delicate and complex processes that require considerable experience and attention.
5 – Assembly
Highly specialized operators are responsible for assembling each product, conducting visual and functional tests on every internal component.
Assembly constitutes the central core of our production process, representing the stage where each phase undergoes careful inspection, verification, and testing on each piece.
6 – Testing
Testing of a hydraulic cylinder is a crucial phase of the production process.
After assembly, the cylinder undergoes careful visual examination and functional tests to verify the proper operation of internal components.
Tests include extension and retraction movements, ensuring consistency and adequate response.
Simultaneously, leakage and pressure resistance tests are performed to ensure the integrity of the hydraulic system.
Only after successfully passing these checks, the hydraulic cylinder is considered compliant with quality specifications.
Only in the final stage is automatic customization marking performed upon customer request.
